In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new tenants and successfully marketing around 200 modern rental apartments. If you are driven, organized, and eager to contribute to our expansion on the island, we want to hear from you.Your key responsibilitiesAcquire new tenants and manage incoming rental inquiries and screeningCoordinate and conduct on-site apartment viewings in PalmaManage the full contract lifecycle: creation, extensions, modifications, and terminationsOversee tenant move-ins and move-outs, as well as organize maintenance and repairsManage online real estate portals and implement strategies to maximize occupancyWork proactively with operations, marketing, and technical teamsWhat you bring to the teamExperience in sales, ideally within the real estate or property rental sectorSolid understanding of tenancy law and current legal standardsGood command of German, Spanish, and EnglishAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication,
