We are currently recruiting for an exciting Finnish speaking Technical Support Advisor in Malaga, Spain!DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProvide 1st level IT support to the client employees via phone, mail and chat or via self-service portalProvide support to clients employees in the operation of user systems and peripheral devicesPerform root cause analysis and troubleshooting via phone and/or remote access and monitor IT requests and issues in the clients ITSM system including their categorization and prioritization of IT issues and requestsBe accessible and provide a first resolution rate by using internal knowledge databasesCooperate with clients 2nd level service organizations and external service providers.REQUIREMENTSC2 or fluency in Finnish (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency.Experience in 1st or 2nd level IT support, ideally in a large company environmentHave good IT knowledge, especially of Windows 10,
