Location: Madrid, SpainRecruiter contact: Maria CervantesOverview of the roleProject Manager – responsible for managing your own projects or workstreams on major infrastructure projects, including development, design stages, delivery, and handover.Key responsibilities and dutiesManage the development, design, delivery, and handover of built environment and infrastructure projects.Apply and follow project governance protocols.Develop and maintain a project management plan, ensuring projects are scoped to agreed objectives.Identify and deliver project deliverables, ensuring cost, time, and quality parameters are ordinate with the H&S;&W; and CDM representatives to ensure health and safety compliance.Establish stakeholder and communication management processes, including mapping and reporting with statutory and technical assurance llaborate with commercial, procurement, and project control functions to deliver projects within agreed parameters.Assess resource and competence levels of supply chain teams, taking required actions to ensure performance.Administer NEC contracts for professionals and contractors, ensuring contractually successful outcomes.Candidate specificationEssential:Willingness to travel to Dublin weekly or bi‑weekly, with travel and accommodation covered.Substantial project management experience across disciplines, procurement routes, and market sectors.High commercial acumen and knowledge of planning and project controls.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a larger team.Strong IT skills – Word, Excel,
