PositionLogistics Manager – Industrial Logistics – Airbus Helicopters Spain (Permanent, Entry Level)OverviewJoin the Logistics Department overseeing industrial logistics providers on inbound and outbound flows, ensuring safety, quality, cost and continuous improvement across the Airbus Helicopters group.ResponsibilitiesRepresent and act as privileged interlocutor for inbound/outbound flows.Manage contracts with industrial logistics service providers and ensure compliance with Airbus Helicopters processes.Challenge logistics providers on safety of aeronautical products, operational performance, service quality, cost and continuous improvement.Serve as main interface with internal customers (assembly lines, procurement, etc.) and promote harmonization of industrial logistics processes.Deploy continuous performance‑improvement solutions and support Company Excellence System (CES) standards.Guarantee control of activity budget and performance indicators.Ensure logistics cycles are respected and components preserved.Travel as required.Qualifications & CompetenciesEngineer or highly skilled technician in logistics operations or similar.International experience and ability to work in multicultural environment.Strong communication, negotiation and decision‑making skills.Proactive, initiative‑driven, capacity to anticipate risks and propose solutions.Autonomy, rigor,
