Operational ManagementOversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.Manage the availability, maintenance, and condition of the vehicle ordinate vehicle rentals, returns, and cleaning schedules for optimal efficiency.2. Customer ServiceEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing complaints.Train and support staff in delivering excellent customer service at every interaction.3. Staff ManagementRecruit, train, supervise, and evaluate station staff, including rental agents and customer service representatives.Schedule staff shifts and manage workloads to ensure operational efficiency and coverage.4. Sales and Financial ManagementMonitor and achieve sales targets, including upselling additional services.Manage the station’s budget, control operational costs, and ensure profitability.5. Fleet ManagementOversee fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and ready for rental.Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure timely servicing and repairs.Optimize fleet utilization to meet customer demand and minimize idle time.6. Compliance and SafetyEnsure all station operations comply with company policies,
