Supply Chain ManagerApplication Deadline:28 August 2026Department:LogisticsEmployment Type:Full TimeLocation:BarcelonaReporting To:Karina VasconcelosDescriptionThe Supply Chain Manager will lead and control the end-to-end flow of shipments for one of adm Indicia's clients, ensuring seamless execution from origin to final destination, including inbound and outbound warehouse operations.This is a fast-paced role requiring a proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven professional with strong ownership and decision-making capabilities.This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of 1 day per week expected from our Barcelona office.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end shipment flows from supplier origin to final destinationCoordinate suppliers, forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and client teamsPlan and execute FCL, LCL, air, road, and courier shipmentsOversee bookings, documentation, shipment tracking, and delivery milestonesManage general import and export shipments, including Asia and Europe trade flowsCoordinate inbound and outbound warehouse operations and stock movementsEnsure alignment between stock, shipment planning, and system recordsEnsure compliance with import/export requirements and customs processesResolve shipment issues including delays, damages, documentation, and customs holdsTake ownership of OTIF delivery performance, service levels, timelines, and budgetsMonitor freight, warehousing, and logistics costs and identify cost‑saving opportunitiesSupport logistics pricing, cost management, and rate negotiationsPartner with Account Management, Operations, Finance, and Order Management teamsProvide shipment updates, reporting, and operational insights to stakeholders and clientsMaintain accurate logistics data, KPI reporting,
and performance dashboardsIdentify process improvements and support SOP development and implementationBuild and manage relationships with logistics providers, brokers, and warehouse partnersOversee third‑party service performance and drive continuous improvementLead, develop, and support the logistics team, including onboarding, training, performance management, and goal settingCollaborate with internal departments and client‑facing teams to ensure effective service deliverySkills and ExperienceBachelor's degree7+ years' experience in international logistics, warehousing, and import/export operationsStrong experience in global transport, customs, and warehousing operationsStrong knowledge of logistics pricing, freight cost calculations, and cost structuresDeep understanding of Incoterms, freight modes, and shipment planningExperience managing third‑party logistics providers and customs brokersStrong operational focus with end‑to‑end shipment ownershipAbility to work effectively across different culturesExcellent organisational and problem‑solving skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple shipments and projects simultaneouslyProven leadership skillsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsProactive and solution‑oriented approachAbility to perform in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environmentsAdvanced Excel and Microsoft 365 skillsFluent English, both written and verbalEqual Opportunitiesadm-Indicia is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse environment.
