Job OverviewAllfunds (AMS: ALLFG) is seeking a Trade Processing Professional to support our fund distribution operations.Key Responsibilities- Ensure all client trades are sent correctly and in a timely manner to the Transfer Agents responsible for each fund.- Verify that all trade confirmations are received accurately and sent to clients for payment of subscriptions or receipt of redemption proceeds.- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients regarding trade statuses and confirmations.- Update and maintain accurate records of all trades and confirmations.- Ensure all operations adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to trade processing and confirmations.- Prepare and analyze reports on trade activities and operational performance.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration,



or a related field.- Previous experience in operations, trade processing, or a similar role within the financial industry.- Proficiency in financial software and tools used for trade processing and data management.- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.- Understanding of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.Skills- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).- Advanced level of English.- Strong attention to detail.- Courage and ability to cope with complexity and strict deadlines.- Performance orientation.- Integrity.- Problem solving.- Teamwork.- Conflict management.- Ability to work and make decisions under pressure.Internal Information System & Reporting Channel available for you ().
