Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of cross functional initiatives across the business. This role will manage a variety of project types using a blended waterfall and agile approach, ensuring clarity, accountability and measurable results.You will partner closely with business stakeholders and senior leaders, bringing structure to complex initiatives while maintaining flexibility in approach. This role requires strong execution discipline, proactive risk management and the ability to keep projects moving forward across multiple teams and priorities.What You’ll DoLead planning and execution of cross functional projects using a blended waterfall and agile methodologyTranslate business needs into structured, actionable project plans with clear milestones, ownership and measurable outcomesEstablish and maintain strong operating rhythms, delivery tracking and project governance practicesDrive clarity on priorities, roles and responsibilities across stakeholders and teamsIdentify risks, dependencies and blockers early, proposing mitigation plans and escalating where appropriateAdapt delivery approaches based on project complexity, stakeholder needs and business priorities while maintaining consistent execution standardsCommunicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders at varying levels of seniorityMaintain accurate project documentation,
