Your ResponsibilitiesGeneral incoming bookkeeping proceduresGeneral treasury functions (suppliers’ payment, bank conciliations, payroll, etc)Income Statement and Balance Sheet controlling for the applicable regionOther financial related dutiesComply with the Group’s policy related to Purchases (PO Approval process)Maintaining accurate records regarding payments to suppliers and accrualsBooking the received invoices into Netsuite according to Group’s policiesKeeping accurate records and prepare appropriate reportingCash management and cash reportingBooking the fixed assets purchased and prepare the amortization plansWhat We’re Looking ForExperience: 2 years of experience in accounting department (ideally international company)Languages: English (mandatory, the interview will be conducted in English), German (mandatory) and Spanish (nice to have)Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Technical Skills:Knowledge of Swiss tax systemExperience in Oracle Net Suite ERP (nice-to-have)Data-drivenMicrosoft Excel advanced level (pivot tables,
