R Junior Accounting and reporting Specialist (Open)Job Description SummaryVector Renewables is looking for a junior accounting and reporting specialist who will be responsible for the preparation and management of the administrative, financial and accountancy of the companies under management.Job DescriptionAct as the main point of reference for specific clients under management, ensuring a high quality of service and meeting all requests from clients on a timely basis;
Prepare VAT returns on amonthly and quarterly basis;
Prepare other applicabletaxes (exempt of CIT);
Issue and register invoices and receipts;
Prepare and submit applicable taxes;
Register banks movements(payments, receivables, tax liquidations, loans repayments, etc.);
Prepare and submit financial reporting to the client including main KPIs;
Control loan repayment deadlines;
Bank reconciliations;
Accrue project incomes;
Accrue main expenses: Insurance, land lease, depreciation, O&M;, etc.;




Manage documentation (physical and digital archive);
Prepare and deposit Annual Accounts and official books;
Key RequirementsAccounting, financial and tax knowledge of small and medium companies;
2-3 years of experience;
D365 knowledge is a plus;
Qualified with experience in accounting for renewable assets is a plus;
Good communication skills;
Ability to meet deadlines under pressure scenarios;
Strong aptitude for mathand attention to detail;
Ability to organize workindependently and as part of a team;
English fluent;
Italian is a plus;
