For one of our top clients in Barcelona, we are looking for aService Now CMDB Coordinatorto join a long–term project focused onCMDB governance, data quality improvement, and Service Now optimization.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the Configuration Management process aligned with ITIL best practicesOversee and improve CMDB data quality (KPIs, audits, remediation initiatives)Manage and optimize Service Now CMDB, including Discovery and Service MappingCoordinate with infrastructure, application, and cloud teams to ensure accurate CI managementDrive continuous improvements and automation to enhance CMDB reliability and valueRequired SkillsProven experience in CMDB implementation and Configuration ManagementStrong hands‑on experience with Service Now CMDB, Discovery,
