With more than 60,000 smart lockers and innovative delivery and returns solutions, we help e Commerce businesses and major retailers offer more sustainable, efficient, and convenient experiences for their customers.We are looking for talent with an entrepreneurial mindset, results‑driven, and passionate about growth.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, prospect, and acquire new strategic clients in the Retail and e Commerce segments.Develop and execute a hunting commercial plan aligned with growth objectives.Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing.Analyze customer needs to design personalized and differentiated value llaborate closely with Operations, IT, and Marketing teams to ensure optimal integration.Track pipeline, KPIs, and forecasts, reporting progress and opportunities.Represent In Post at industry fairs, events, and forums to expand the network of contacts and opportunities.Requirements2–5 years of experience in business development or B2 B sales within e Commerce, Saa S, marketplaces, parcel delivery, or tech startup environments.Strong experience in new client acquisition (hunting) in fast‑growing environments.Knowledge of the last‑mile logistics ecosystem (Lockers, PUDO, Home Delivery,



fulfillment).Ability to manage high‑level relationships with decision‑makers in large accounts.Advanced English (C1);
