with stakeholders.Respect and enforce health and safety rules.Respect and enforce environmental policies.Respect and enforce information security policies.Respect and enforce the energy management policy.Job Specific ResponsibilitiesCarry out on-site electrical audits on each site to collect all the technical data and update the documentation (SLD, Drawings, Discrimination studies, Functional Analysis, CMMS, EOP, SOP, etc.)Build a strong technical base (knowledge, skills, documentation)Review, adapt and harmonize the integral process of electrical systems operations and support local teams in streamlining energy efficiency with proper use and settings of electrical systemsParticipation in technical assessments from the start of the construction project to the commissioning and handover phaseValidation of the technical documentation at the handover phaseSupport Facility Managers and Critical Environment Managers on technical issues and critical operationsDevelop a technical constructive synergy between all countriesIncrease DC Operations teams’ involvement in their job’s essentials through training, drills, knowledge checks, etc.Develop and implement efficient technical daily reporting to help FM and CEM to better warrant their responsibility in terms of service continuityParticipate in technical discussions with customers and contribute to reply to their technical requests.RequirementsEducation and experience10+ years experience in a similar position or in mission-critical operations, with background in incident management and resolution5+ years experience in Data Center Construction, Design & EngineeringBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experienceTechnical skillsRequiredIn-depth knowledge of electrical systems,
