Role Overview And Core Responsibilities Generate and qualify leads to build and sustain a healthy top-of-funnel pipeline
Conduct first-touch discovery calls to assess budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT)
Own and administer the Sales CRM
Maintain monthly and quarterly pipeline reporting and ensure forecast accuracy
Partner with the Technical Project Manager / Product Manager to maintain alignment on feature requests, product roadmap, and delivery timelines
Support coordination of RFP/RFI responses across technical and commercial teams
