Service Supply Chain Global Process Transformation Lead (Cross-Functional SAP S4 SME) Description - We are looking for a Service Supply Chain Global Process Transformation Lead, Cross-Functional Subject Matter Expert in SAP S4 to lead the transformation of logistics, customs, and compliance processes across HP’s Service Supply Chain as part of a multi-year SAP S/4 journey. This is a high-impact, global role where you will: Shape how logistics processes operate end-to-end across regions Influence system design and business decisions in SAP S/4 Drive cross-functional integration, standardization and simplification at scale Define Transformation vision aligned to strategy If you are looking to step into a strategic, transformation-focused role with integral exposure, this is your opportunity.
What you will be accountable for
1. Process ownership & transformation Define and standardize end-to-end logistics, customs, and compliance processes Drive simplification and harmonization across regions Ensure processes are scalable and aligned with future operating models
2. SAP S/4 & digital enablement Partner with IT and Digital teams to shape SAP S/4 logistics capabilities Translate business needs into system improvements and enhancements Support implementation and adoption of new solutions
3. Global collaboration & influence Work with stakeholders across EMEA and Americas Partner with Logistics, Compliance, and other Global Process Owners Lead alignment on complex, cross-functional topics
4. Continuous improvement & problem solving Identify gaps and drive resolution of critical operational challenges Support escalations and define sustainable solutions Promote a culture of continuous improvement
Who should apply
This role is ideal for professionals who want to move into a global, strategic role, especially if you have experience in: Logistics, Supply Chain or Operations Knowledge of Customs & Compliance regulations SAP, Digital Transformation or process improvement Cross-functional or international projects
What you bring
- 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or related areas
- Solid understanding of logistics processes (transportation, customs, compliance)
- Experience working in cross-functional or global environments
- Exposure to process improvement, transformation, or system implementations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Nice to have Experience with SAP S/4HANA (logistics modules)
