As a Senior Associate in CMAA, you manage workstreams across transaction accounting and financial reporting engagements. You’ll mentor junior teammates and collaborate with client finance teams to deliver integrated advisory solutions. You will guide accounting implications of acquisitions, disposals, carve-outs, and financing, while supporting IPO readiness and finance transformation. The role blends client interaction, project leadership, and cross-functional coordination to drive impactful outcomes for clients and the firm.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Lead day-to-day execution of transaction accounting and financial reporting engagements
• Advise on accounting implications from acquisitions, disposals, carve-outs, and financing transactions
• Prepare and review technical accounting analyses and position papers (IFRS and local GAAP)
• Support IPO readiness and finance transformation projects, including process improvements and controls
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and junior team members across multiple engagements




• Coordinate with cross-functional Au0026M teams to deliver integrated client solutions
• Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and client deliverables
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and execution excellence
• Contribute to business development initiatives, proposals, and practice growth

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• 4-7 years of relevant experience in Big 4 advisory, transaction services, audit, or consulting
• Strong xqbhyrx knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting requirements
• Experience with transaction accounting, carve-outs, IPO readiness, or finance transformation projects
• CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred
• Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Mentoring ability and interest in team development
