In this role you will lead HSE performance across BU Grid Automation, guiding operations in projects, service, and manufacturing. You act as a Second Line of Defence, aligning global HSE frameworks with on-site execution and driving continuous improvement. You’ll coach teams, analyze data, and implement risk controls to sustain a strong safety culture. You will represent HSE programs in governance activities and contribute to high-risk activity initiatives. This position offers general exposure and the chance to shape HSE practices across multiple hubs.

• Act as a visible HSE leader through site visits and direct engagement with teams
• Promote accountability and risk awareness to strengthen safety culture
• Assess HSE performance across projects, services, and manufacturing via site visits and reviews

• Monitor compliance with HSE standards, 3 lines of defence, and Life-Saving Rules

• Support incident investigations and deployment of learnings
• Provide independent oversight within the Second Line of Defense

Responsabilidades
• Degree or professional qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
• Recognized HSE qualification such as NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
• 8-10 years of experience in HSE roles in operational xqbhyrx environments
• Experience supporting site operations and assembly-related activities
• Knowledge of HSE management systems, auditing, and risk management
• Experience conducting audits, investigations, and root cause analyses
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous
• Willingness to travel frequently globally (30-40%)
