As a Senior Consultant AMS SAP Payroll (m/f/d), you will become part of our dynamic AMS team, committed to tackling HR challenges with fresh ideas and technical innovation.
Your Responsibilities
You play a key role in continuously enhancing existing HR technologies in the SAP environment and keeping them up to date through regular maintenance activities (such as support packages and year-end tasks).
You design, develop, and implement innovative, user-friendly HR applications tailored to the specific needs of our German customers.
Close collaboration with internal departments enables you to fully understand business requirements and translate them into customized and automated technical solutions.
You proactively identify optimization potential for processes and convert these insights into targeted improvements within our HR technology landscape.
You ensure seamless integration of our HR technologies with other company applications and processes.
As a central interface in our AMS team, you work solution-oriented within a ticket system, supporting our German customers directly in German - from analysis and consulting to testing and coordinating all steps to successful completion.
