Key Accountabilities:
Platform Strategy & Enterprise Leadership
Define and drive the strategic direction of AskNovartis from MVP through enterprise-scale deployment.
Own the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization across domains, ensuring focus on high-value employee journeys.
Ensure alignment with enterprise priorities and long-term digital strategy.
Enterprise Program Delivery & Governance
Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-year program across multiple domains and delivery teams.
Establish and run robust governance structures, including decision forums, escalation paths, and performance management.
Ensure transparency on risks, dependencies, financials, and progress to senior leadership.
Stakeholder Management & Alignment




Act as the primary interface to senior stakeholders across DD⁢, P&O;, and Corporate Functions.
Drive alignment, decision-making, and prioritization across competing needs and agendas.
Build trust and credibility as a senior partner to business and technology leadership.
Drive transformation of services through automation, simplification, and improved user experience.
Ensure measurable business value delivery, including efficiency gains, experience improvements, and reduced operational complexity.
Embed value tracking and benefit realization into program execution.
Cross-functional Orchestration & Scaling
Coordinate execution across internal teams and external partners.
Manage complex interdependencies across platforms (e.G., service management, HR systems, AI platforms).
Ensure scalable operating model and consistent execution as the platform expands across domains.
