What are we looking for?
We are looking for a proactive, curious and hands-on Junior Medical Affairs Specialist to join our Medical Department.
This position is ideal for someone at the beginning of their professional career who is eager to combine scientific knowledge with practical product development. This role includes supporting the validation & usability of new technologies and contributing to the generation of medical documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in medical devices, collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop both technical and scientific expertise in an international environment.
Which will be your responsabilities?
Support the validation and usability assessment of new devices, accessories and prototypes before market launch.
Participate in internal testing activities and generate reports to support product development.
Collaborate in the preparation and maintenance of medical documentation, including Clinical Evaluation Reports (CERs), Clinical Evaluation Plans (CEPs), and another technical documents.




Assist in literature reviews and scientific data collection to support regulatory and medical activities.
Collaborate with Sales, R&D;, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Quality and Training teams during product development projects.
Support the development and validation of clinical treatment protocols.
Contribute to internal scientific presentations and educational materials.
Provide medical support to internal departments when required.
Participate in product training sessions and scientific workshops.
Support Medical Affairs activities related to congresses, advisory boards and internal events.
Perform other Medical Affairs activities and departmental projects as required.
What do you need to be a succesful candidate?
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Sciences (Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, Physiotherapy or similar).
Minimum of 1 years' experience in Pharmaceutical Laboratory, Medical Devices company or regulatory consultancy, in areas such as Medical / Scientific Department, Clinical Research, Medical Writing, Scientific marketing or equivalent.
Previous experience in medical devices is a plus but not essential.
Strong scientific mindset with attention to detail.
Interest in medical technology, product development and innovation.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Good written communication skills and willingness to prepare technical documentation.
Fluent Spanish and good English (written and spoken).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with scientific databases or literature searches is a plus.
Eagerness to learn, take initiative and grow within Medical Affairs.
