We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support its European Research & Development Center in Spain.
This role will act as a key bridge between China headquarters and European R&D; teams, supporting project coordination, communication, and daily project operations.
Candidates with experience in automotive OEMs, vehicle development projects, or international project coordination will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities: Support project managers in tracking project progress, milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
Coordinate communication between China and European teams to ensure smooth information flow.
Prepare meeting minutes, project reports, presentations, and follow-up actions.
Support cross-functional collaboration between engineering, testing, and business teams.




Organize meetings and coordinate project-related activities.
Assist with data collection, documentation, and project updates.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Project Management, Engineering, Automotive, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience in project coordination, PMO, or project management roles.
Automotive industry or R&D; experience is highly preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, English, and Spanish.
Catalan language is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
