We’re looking for our new People Director to join us at our HQ in Barcelona.

People Leadership

- Lead, develop, and inspire the People team, setting priorities and ensuring operational excellence.

- Partner with the Executive Team to define and execute the company's People strategy.

People Operations
- Oversee all People Operations, including HR administration, HR systems, payroll, and the employee lifecycle.

- Ensure scalable, efficient, and employee-centric HR processes across the organization.

Talent & Performance
- Lead the company's performance review and talent management processes.

- Oversee the compensation and benefits strategy to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.

Organizational Growth
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, and reorganization initiatives aligned with business needs.

- Lead the People workstream for international expansion and the launch of new markets.

HR Transformation
- Drive HR automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement of People processes and systems.

- Lead strategic HR projects that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.





Compliance & Employee Relations
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and HR best practices.

- Advise leaders on complex employee relations matters and organizational risk.

People Analytics
- Monitor People KPIs, headcount, and workforce trends to support strategic decision-making.

- Partner with Finance on workforce planning, budgeting, and People-related reporting.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in leading HR operations for multiple countries

- Leadership skills with hands-on approach

- Experienced with Spanish labour regulations

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Able to work effectively with minimal supervision

- Passion for HR Operations
