As a Senior Technical Artist, you’ll focus on pipeline development and artist support, acting as a crucial bridge between our creative teams and our Unreal Engine pipeline. You will play a key role in ensuring that high-quality art content and features are seamlessly integrated into the engine while maintaining the project’s artistic vision and respecting technical constraints for a world‑class production. We are looking for someone who is passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful work.ResponsibilitiesWorkwith generalists to create 3 D art and bring it into the engineSupportartists in using the 3 D art pipeline and user‑facing engine toolsProvidehands‑on guidance on asset performance, optimization, and validationReviewcreative workflows and identify opportunities for tool and pipeline improvementsDevelopUnreal Engine art pipeline tools and extensions with a focus on usability and efficiencyTroubleshootand resolve complex technical issues within the Unreal Engine asset pipelineWorkclosely with artists and QA to diagnose and fix production challengesEnsuredocumentation is accessible and up to date for artists and technical teamsHelpinspire and empower the art team to optimize their workflows and processesQualificationsStrong expertise in Unreal Engine Blueprints and proven experience developing tools within the engineExperience building configurators, automation tools, or similar systemsProgramming knowledge (C++ and/or Python)Experience with USD (Universal Scene Description) and familiarity with version control systems (e.G., Git)Knowledge of rigging (especially Control Rig), shading, materials, and rendering pipelines (both real‑time and offline)Proficiency in additional 3 D software (e.G., Maya, Blender)Experience working with premium brands, high‑end productions, or within the automotive industryExcellent problem‑solving, time‑management, teamwork, and communication abilitiesAbility to work effectively under deadlines Fluent in English (written and spoken);
