?Some details about your department

You will become a core technical pillar of the Helios AI Factory engine within our newly launched AWAKE Venture Studio. Operating in an agile, flat-structured squad, you will work hand-in-hand with our CEO, AI Engineers, product innovators, and researchers. Our mission is to industrialize AI innovation by taking projects from rapid proofs-of-concept to global, enterprise-scale platforms.
Your immediate focus will be engineering the resilient, highly scalable infrastructure that powers products like Helios Partner-our active corporate AI agent. In this role, you will experience the best of both worlds: the fast-paced, experimental culture of a startup, backed by the robust, enterprise-grade resources of a global consultancy with hubs in Madrid, Chicago, and Tbilisi.

? What we'd like you to do

Architect & Automate from Scratch: Transform bold product visions into robust, automated cloud architectures. You will build and streamline the deployment environments for our fast-paced Python (FastAPI) applications and experimental prototypes.
Power Advanced AI Retrieval Systems: Design, scale, and maintain the underlying infrastructure required for production-grade RAG and GraphRAG systems, managing the hosting and scaling of databases like Neo4j, Qdrant, Pinecone, or pgvector.
Enable Multi-Agent Orchestration: Support complex agent-to-agent (A2A) workflows by ensuring flawless networking, low-latency communication, and secure deployment architectures for frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.
Deploy & Scale Enterprise MLOps: Take full ownership of the infrastructure lifecycle on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will manage Kubernetes (GKE), Cloud Run, and Vertex AI, optimize GPU provisioning for model serving (vLLM, Ollama), and integrate observability pipelines (Langfuse, Phoenix, W&B;).
Drive Continuous Integration & Reliability: Implement advanced, zero-downtime CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, secure deployments.



You will establish rigorous monitoring and alerting to maintain high availability as we continuously test and benchmark state-of-the-art foundational models

? What we'd like you to bring

Proven DevOps & MLOps Track Record: Demonstrated experience deploying, scaling, and maintaining infrastructure for complex, data-heavy, or AI-driven applications in live production environments with active users.
Deep Cloud & Containerization Expertise: Advanced, practical proficiency with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, alongside expert-level command of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes/GKE).
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Mastery: Extensive hands-on background in provisioning and managing secure cloud ecosystems using Terraform.
Automation & Python Familiarity: Deep understanding of modern CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and enough familiarity with the Python ecosystem (Poetry, Pytest) to seamlessly support our AI engineering team.
Thrive in Uncertainty: A high degree of comfort operating in a fast-paced venture-builder environment. You must be highly autonomous, adaptable, and capable of designing scalable infrastructure even as product requirements rapidly evolve.
