We strive for collaboration which is why we offer a work environment where our employees thrive and develop long‑lasting careers.What You’ll Be DoingSupporting the triaging of FNOL mailboxesRecording new claims in the claims management systemProcessing electronic files from TPAs and/or policyholdersEntering and reviewing notes in the claims management system as instructedProcessing paymentsReviewing, preparing, creating, and/or sending letters, reports, and formsUploading data into the Guide Wire claims systemContributing to the continuous improvement of business processes and seeking efficient workflowsAssigning new claims to the responsible claims handler based on predefined criteriaMonitoring and reporting on the inventory of new claimsSupporting administrative tasks in the Claims Management areaWhat You’ll BringProfessional experience as a Claims Technician in an insurance/reinsurance company or completed training as an insurance specialistIndependent,
