It connects healthcare professionals with hospitals, matching open shifts with available, qualified professionals across Spain, Italy, and Poland. Today, we’ve grown the Pool to 50,000 registered healthcare professionals and 200 hospitals across those three markets.
About the Role Livo’s marketplace, matching healthcare institutions with professionals looking for extra shifts, is the engine of our business. We’re looking for a Head of Marketplace to own it end to end: the supply of professionals, the demand from institutions, and the balance between the two that keeps the whole thing working.
You’ll report directly to the CEO and be the single owner of marketplace performance, accountable for hitting growth, coverage and margin targets by pulling every lever across Marketing,
