We're looking for someone to join a small, hands-on marketing team and take ownership of organic growth through search visibility and strong content. As a part of our team, you will directly contribute to the growth of ZAGA and all its umbrella brands, including Smile24h, our patient-facing portal, Dental 3D Models, and the Edentulism Conference.You'll also pitch in on other marketing tasks as the team needs.
About the company
ZAGA Centers is a general network of certified dental clinics dedicated to treating patients with severe bone loss using the Zygomatic Anatomy-Guided Approach (ZAGA), helping patients when traditional dental implants are not a suitable option or have failed. We work with more than 70 certified centers worldwide, training clinicians and building the tools and community around this approach.
What you’ll do
Own SEO strategy and execution across ZAGA Centers' web properties (with the emphasis on Smile24h patient portal)
Do keyword research, on-page optimization, content structure, and technical SEO checks (site architecture, schema, redirects, crawl issues) across all brands
Work inside WordPress (Gutenberg, Elementor, Spectra) to implement and troubleshoot SEO changes
Write articles and stay on the lookout for new content opportunities
Proactively reach out to our certified centers to gather and organize content
Track rankings, traffic, and organic performance, and turn that into clear next steps
Keep up with how search is changing, algorithm updates, AI-driven search behavior, and bring that back to the team




Help with the related marketing work when the team needs it - this isn't a role where you only touch one type of task
What we're looking for
Real hands-on experience in digital marketing, with working SEO knowledge - you understand the core principles and have applied them, even if it's not your sole specialty
Comfortable working in WordPress at an admin level - not just creating pages, but managing settings, plugins, and structure
Not afraid of the technical side of web admin - redirects, permissions, troubleshooting when something breaks
Familiar with the technical side of SEO - schema, site structure, crawl issues - not just content and keywords
Experience working with data- reading traffic and ranking reports, and using them to decide what to do next, not just producing them
Autonomous and curious - you look things up, test, and figure things out rather than waiting for instructions
Not afraid of tasks you haven't done before
A team player who gets that a small team only works if everyone understands what the others are carrying, and pulls in the same direction
Comfortable working in English (written and spoken);
Spanish is a plus
Experience with video editing would be highly valued
What we offer
Remuneration: €32,000 gross per year + private health insurance
