We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Latvian Speaking Customer Service Agent for Energy & Utilities position in Spain. Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for utility customers, providing professional support regarding their energy accounts and billing inquiries.
- Assist customers with the transition to sustainable energy solutions, explaining complex energy-related services in clear, Latvian terminology.
- Manage high-volume inbound inquiries with efficiency, ensuring service quality benchmarks are met within the Energy sector.
- Resolve technical and administrative issues related to utility consumption and account management.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions to ensure accurate billing and service delivery for energy clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery processes within the utility market.
- Stay updated on changing regulations and advancements in the energy sector to provide the most accurate information to our clients.

Requirements

- Native or fluent Latvian (spoken and written).
- Good command of English for internal training and operational communication.




- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for the Energy industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex utility account data.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory as full training is provided for our Latvian-speaking jobs.
