Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality support to Slovak-speaking customers regarding their energy accounts and utility services.
- Explain complex energy billing structures and utility service plans clearly and professionally.
- Handle inquiries related to meter readings, energy consumption trends, and utility service updates.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving technical and administrative issues within the energy sector.
- Accurately update customer databases and energy utility records in real-time.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless utility service delivery for all clients.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on European energy market regulations and service protocols.

Requirements

- Native or fluent Slovak (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Strong command of the English language for international communication.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the utility or energy industry, is highly preferred.




- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex energy information with empathy.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems while engaging with customers.
