WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:




Plug and Play is seeking a detail-oriented Fund Operations Manager to manage the financial back-office for our U.S. venture capital funds. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day back-office financial operations, ensure seamless execution of fund workflows (capital calls, distributions, and valuations), and maintain rigorous oversight over third-party accounting and reporting deliverables for our US venture funds.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Relationship & Ops Liaison: Serve as the primary operational point of contact for our third-party US fund administrator, holding them accountable to SLAs, accuracy, and reporting deadlines.
Capital Activity Oversight: Coordinate capital calls, LP drawdowns, and distribution processes between internal deal teams, LPs,
