Job Description The candidate to cover the CS position will be responsible for the support of ADM’s microbiome business development activities and clients for F&B;, dietary supplements as well as animal nutrition segment. The focus of this activities are on supporting new business and consolidated ones, but will also involve participation and cross collaboration with transversal departments. Daily contact with the clients to support with needs, enquires, orders, transport, customs clearance and technical information in coordination with CS department
As customer service:
Support business development activities
Work together in a daily basis with the client to provide a superior and customized service
Manage, control and tracking of samples
Daily technical support to customers in coordination with ADM’s microbiome R&D;, QA and PD&A; teams.
To introduce, update and control client leads and opportunities through Salesforce, if needed
To introduce quotes in CRM and
