We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at dealership Denza in Madrid. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our vehicles.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product solutions.
Present and sell vehicles, finance, and insurance options to customers.
Build long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and excellent after-sales service.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all vehicles in the dealership.
Participate in sales events and promotions to attract new customers.
Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent,



with some college coursework in business or a related field preferred.
At least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software is a plus.

Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish;
proficiency in Chinese or English is advantageous.
