STALICLA seeks a Chief Operations Officer to run day-to-day operations, own program delivery, and steer the company toward its Series C and IPO path. You will work closely with the Founder and CEO, overseeing cross-functional teams of scientific, clinical, regulatory, and CMC experts in a hands-on capacity.
Based in Barcelona, the role is full-time for an initial 6–12 months with the aim to convert to permanent after a successful raise.
