Skydance, Madrid-based animation studio, is seeking a Lead for the Matte Painting department to push the boundaries of cinematic language.
You will mentor a team, coordinate pipelines, and deliver photorealistic and stylized paintings using photography, digital painting, and 3D elements. Fluency in English is essential;
Spanish is desirable. Experience leading in VFX required;
proficiency in Blender/Maya, Photoshop, Nuke, and Houdini preferred.
