Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality support to passengers regarding flight bookings, re-routing, and airline policies in Slovenian.
- Efficiently manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat within the fast-paced aviation sector.
- Assist passengers with baggage claims, seat selection, and special service requests to ensure a premium travel experience.
- Maintain a deep understanding of airline software systems to provide accurate information on flight status and schedules.
- Resolve complex passenger complaints with diplomacy, empathy, and professional communication.
- Collaborate with international ground crews and airport staff to ensure seamless passenger journeys.
- Stay updated on aviation safety regulations and industry protocols to provide compliant and helpful guidance.

Requirements

- Native or fluent Slovenian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Good command of English to facilitate communication within our international team.
- Valid EU passport or work permit for Spain.




- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service in the aviation industry.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while remaining connected to the wider team in Spain.
- Previous experience in the travel, tourism, or airline industry is considered a significant advantage.
