Are you an experienced Publisher Manager and a natural leader with a strong background in the AdNetwork industry? We are looking for a Publishers Team Lead who can lead a high-performing team, drive publisher growth, and build new revenue opportunities. You’ll join a global and ambitious team where initiative, ownership, and creative thinking are highly valued.
Requirements for the candidate:
- 3+ years of experience as a Senior Publisher Manager, including 1.5+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience managing publisher teams and achieving revenue targets
- Strong knowledge of CPC, CPM, and flat deal models
- Experience with publisher hunting and building direct partnerships
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with an out-of-the-box approach to finding new opportunities
- Proactive, independent, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment; strong analytical skills
- Fluent English
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the Publisher Manager team to achieve KPIs and growth targets
- Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new publishers and expanding the partner network
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key publishing partners
- Analyze performance data and optimize publisher revenue streams
- Support the team with negotiations, strategy, and problem-solving
- Ensure efficient processes, accountability, and continuous improvement within the department
- Collaborate with Advertiser Managers to maximize business growth
