You will coordinate between our European and Israeli offices to ensure our feature pods deliver high-quality content on schedule.

What you'll do
Direct the planning and execution of several feature pods while managing resources and dependencies.
Facilitate sprint ceremonies such as planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Lead early-stage planning to define scope and identify potential project risks.
Partner with Art, Engineering, QA, Product, and Design departments to streamline feature delivery.
Ensure all milestones meet quality standards and align with the broader product roadmap.
Maintain project documentation, including status reports, sprint artifacts, and timelines.
Remove development blockers and track deliverables across cross-functional groups.
Promote a positive, inclusive environment through clear communication and supportive leadership.
Balance multiple initiatives to maintain steady team momentum without causing burnout.
Work with stakeholders to refine development processes and operational efficiency.
Requirements




5+ years of experience in game production, specifically within mobile gaming and cross-functional environments.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, overlapping timelines and multiple pods simultaneously.
Strong communication skills capable of bridging gaps between various disciplines and seniority levels.
Deep understanding of agile methodologies, including bug triage, milestone tracking, and sprint planning.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, iterative development setting with changing priorities.
Proactive approach to problem-solving, risk anticipation, and maintaining project flow.
Empathetic leadership style that prioritizes team health and psychological safety.
Capacity to context switch effectively while managing the specific needs of multiple teams.
