**Job Description:***TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:*The jobholder will take over the Role of Avionics Project Manager for Spanish Variant, responsible for the execution of the Spanish NH90 Avionics related activities covering all the activities required for Avionics Project Managementactivities in Spanish NH90, including the following main tasks:As Variant APM, for all engineering issues related to the avionic system on variant level the jobholder:Supports the CE Project Managers involved in the in the definition and execution of avionic projectsEstablishes, pursues and maintains project schedules, WPSs/XWSs, risk log and EVM in line with the scope, master schedule and cost constraints of the overlying projectContributes to / prepares the avionic part (in coordination with CE Project Manager System Integration) of the Development Project Definition (DPD).
Regularly monitors the progress, activities backlog, risks and opportunitiesDefines the avionic qualification logic with the relevant stakeholders (e.G. Q/C, system architect, NHI)Coordinates and monitors the qualification process in close cooperation with Q/C and affected APMsPerforms Quality Gates (QG)Supports configuration managementProvides avionic configurations on H/C level for integration and qualification activitiesSupports the CE Project Manager System Integration and Program Manager including support to customer meetingsCoordinates his/her sub-tasks with Equipment, System/SW and other Variant APMs as appropriate, sharing (common) project schedules, WPSs/XWSs, risk log, action lists, EVM, etc.Provides regular reporting to HO Avionic MAS and CE Project Manager System Integration.
*REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:*Academic studies in the field of Aerospace Engineering, Telecommunications, Informatics, Electrical Engineering or similarComprehensive experience in the design,
development, engineering and/or integration of systems for aircraftPrevious experience in systems engineering, requirements engineering and integration in the field of avionics is highly beneficialA previous experience with agile methodology (Scrum, SAFe)Team Spirit, good communication skills and experience in stakeholder managementLanguage skills: Spanish and English business fluent / negotiation level, knowledge of German or French would be an advantageThis position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.
