You will work on real client projects, collaborate with experienced game professionals, and take ownership of production-ready assets from concept to engine integration. We encourage technical problem-solving, knowledge sharing, modern AI-assisted workflows, and continuous professional growth.

We value clear communication, reliable delivery, creative ownership, and a healthy remote working environment.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Create high-quality game-ready characters, environments, props, vehicles, buildings, and gameplay assets.
• Manage assets through the complete 3D production pipeline, including modeling, sculpting, retopology, UV unwrapping, baking, texturing, rigging, animation, optimization, and engine integration.
• Produce clean and efficient topology suitable for animation and real-time game production.
• Create PBR textures, optimized materials, texture atlases, and reusable asset variations.
•Build character and object rigs, perform skinning, and create gameplay or cinematic animations.
• Integrate models, rigs, animations, materials, lighting, prefabs, and visual assets into Unity.
• Work with Unreal Engine asset pipelines when required by the project.
• Configure LODs, collisions, animation controllers, material instances, asset hierarchies, and import settings.
• Optimize polygon counts, texture sizes, materials, shaders, draw calls, lighting, and scene performance for mobile and real-time platforms.
• Balance visual quality with technical limitations and performance budgets.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, producers, animators, QA specialists, and other artists.
• Identify and resolve asset-import, rigging, animation, shader, lighting, and performance issues.
• Follow project naming conventions, folder structures, quality standards, and technical specifications.
• Review assets created by other artists and provide clear, actionable feedback.
• Estimate assigned tasks, communicate progress, and report production risks or blockers.
• Help create reusable templates, asset libraries, documentation, and scalable production workflows.
• Explore AI-assisted, procedural,

and automation-based workflows where they improve production quality or efficiency.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and international clients.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• At least 5 years of professional experience in 3D game art, animation, technical art, or a related production role.

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, or an equivalent 3D package.
• Strong proficiency in ZBrush or another digital sculpting application.
• Professional experience with Substance 3D Painter and modern PBR texturing workflows.
• Strong understanding of modeling, topology, retopology, UV unwrapping, baking, texturing, materials, lighting, and optimization.
• Experience with character rigging, skinning, and animation-ready topology.
• Professional Unity experience, including asset importing, prefabs, materials, animation systems, lighting, and scene setup.
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine asset-production workflows.
• Experience optimizing assets for Android, iOS, PC, or other real-time platforms.
• Understanding of polygon budgets, texture memory, draw calls, material counts, LODs, batching, and scene performance.
• Strong understanding of art fundamentals, including shape, form, composition, scale, color, lighting, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to follow and adapt to realistic, stylized, casual, or semi-realistic art directions.
• Experience working with Git, Perforce, Plastic SCM, or another version-control system is preferred.
• Familiarity with Unity Profiler, Frame Debugger, Shader Graph, particle systems, or real-time VFX is preferred.
