Key Responsibilities

- Manage high-volume inquiries regarding shipment tracking, supply chain delays, and logistics documentation.

- Resolve complex shipping and transit issues with a customer-centric approach to improve retention.

- Act as the primary point of contact for Latvian-speaking partners, ensuring clear communication across all logistics channels.
- Contribute to the optimization of customer experience workflows within the logistics sector.

Requirements

- Native or fluent Latvian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Professional proficiency in English to collaborate within our international team.




- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or shipping environments is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-working environment.
