Reporting to the Global Quality Director, the successful candidate will lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of the organization's Global Quality Management System.

Key responsibilities include:

- Defining and deploying global Quality Systems and Compliance strategies across the organization.
- Establishing and maintaining quality governance frameworks, policies and standards.
- Driving harmonization and standardization of quality processes across multiple sites and functions.
- Leading inspection readiness programs and supporting regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Managing internal audit programs and compliance monitoring activities.
- Monitoring regulatory developments and ensuring implementation of new requirements.
- Driving digital quality and process improvement initiatives.
- Supporting executive decision-making through quality metrics, risk management and performance reporting.
- Building strong partnerships across Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and other business functions.

- Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Engineering or related Life Sciences discipline.




- Significant experience within Quality Systems, Compliance, Quality Governance or Corporate Quality environments.
- Strong knowledge of GxP regulations, Quality Management Systems and inspection readiness.
- Experience with internal audits, compliance programs, quality risk management and quality metrics.
- Exposure to corporate, regional or integral quality organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across complex matrix organizations.
- Strong leadership, communication and change management capabilities.
- Experience supporting quality transformation, harmonization or digital quality initiatives would be highly valued.
