Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality technical and general support for the latest consumer electronics products.

- Document customer interactions accurately within our internal CRM systems to maintain high service standards.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and specifications in the consumer electronics industry.
- Collaborate with international team members to share insights and best practices for the Slovenian market.

Requirements

- Native or fluent Slovenian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport or work permit for Spain.
- Strong interest in consumer electronics and technical problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.




- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-tech work environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or tech support is highly preferred but not required.
