A day in the life

As a Waiter / Waitress at Amelia, you'll be part of a passionate Front of House team dedicated to delivering an exceptional Michelin-star dining experience. Every service is an opportunity to create unforgettable moments, ensuring every detail reflects our commitment to excellence. This is a permanent full-time position with continuous service from Wednesday to Saturday and three consecutive days off every week, offering an outstanding work-life balance. Working closely with the kitchen and your colleagues, you'll guide guests through a refined dining experience, anticipate their needs and help create the warm, personalized service that defines Amelia.

Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service with professionalism and attention to detail
- Create memorable and personalized experiences for every guest
- Develop a thorough knowledge of the menu, wine list and daily offerings




- Prepare and maintain the dining room to the highest standards
- Work closely with the kitchen and Front of House team to ensure seamless service
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond with confidence and discretion
- Maintain impeccable presentation and uphold Michelin-level service standards
- Follow all hygiene, health and safety procedures
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative and respectful team environment

Must have

- Previous experience in a fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurant is highly preferred
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written) is essential
- Spanish is valued, and any additional languages are considered a strong advantage
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Impeccable presentation, attention to detail and a professional attitude
- Applicants must be EU citizens or hold a valid visa/work permit that allows them to work legally in Spain
