This position is offered as a temporary substitute contract to cover the absence of a colleague. The contract end date cannot be confirmed at this time, as it will depend on the return of the employee being replaced.
What will I do?
As a Resort Representative , you’ll report directly to the Resort Team Leader and work closely with internal and external partners to deliver VIP industry leading customer service. You’ll be at the heart of creating memories for our customers.
- Create Memories through scheduled hotel visits and virtual interactions via our internal systems.
- Take Responsibility by supporting customers during disruptions, emergencies, or escalations in resort.
- Be Present to assist with arrivals and departures to ensure a smooth start and end to our customers’ journey.
- Represent Jet2holidays during hotel visits and respond to queries via video call & messaging while delivering friendly support.
- Work as One Team collaborating with the Airport team during busy flight days.
What do I need?
- Right to Work Documents : You must hold full right to work documents for Spain.
- Travel & Accommodation : You must be a driver with access to your own motorised vehicle and appropriate insurance. You must already be living in the destination or arranged accommodation. Operational travel expenses will be reimbursed.
- Flexibility : Roster will be provided 4 weeks in advance. You may be required to work early starts, late finishes, split shifts, weekends, and cover flight disruptions, emergencies and escalations.
- Skills & Experience : Customer service experience is a plus, but not essential. You must be solution orientated, friendly & positive, confident and comfortable using digital systems on a tablet device.
What can I expect after I have applied?
