Responsibilities

- Lead the national sales strategy and execution across all residential projects.
- Oversee the full sales pipeline, including pricing, absorption pace, and target achievement.
- Define and implement project-specific commercial strategies from launch to sell-out.
- Drive off‑plan and presales performance, ensuring early-stage absorption targets are met.
- Build and manage a strong network of brokers and agency partners nationwide.
- Lead and coordinate internal sales teams, setting targets and performance standards.
- Ensure close alignment with marketing, finance, and senior management on strategy and execution.




- Monitor sales KPIs and optimize performance through data‑driven decision‑making.
- Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline visibility to senior management and board.
- Identify commercial risks and opportunities, implementing proactive actions to maximize revenue and margins.
