Santander is recruiting for an AI Governance Specialist to define and run the Group-wide AI Governance framework from Madrid. You will coordinate governance forums, manage the AI use case inventory, and drive AI risk assessments across a multinational team.
The role requires +5 years in governance or risk, engineering or related degree, fluent English, and the ability to work across Business, Legal, Compliance and Technology teams. Hybrid work model is offered.
