Junior Team Lead & Revenue Driver – Help us build a new market!

Casamona International in Barcelona is looking for a driven, high-energy individual who doesn't just want to "manage" a process, but wants to own it. We are building a new market, and we need a Junior Team Lead who understands that their success is measured in one way: Results. We are a SUPER small company so you will be working with your manager directly and you 2 will be the driving team in our company. We do work weird hours as our clients are international.

The Mission: You make sure in a team with our CEO we get our income in every month.

This is not a "sit-behind-the-desk" role. You are the engine room. Your goal is to be the primary driver behind bringing in a minimum of €20,000 in revenue per month to the company just from you.

Whether it is through managing the intern team to close rentals or personally securing high-value sales leads, you are here to ensure the money comes in. You will be the CEO’s right hand, and your focus will be 100% on proactivity and deal-making.

What You’ll Be Doing (The "Proactive" Reality)

- Revenue Management: You take full responsibility for the team’s targets. You don’t wait for clients to call; you and your team hunt for the deals.
- Leading from the Front: You manage, coach, and push a team of international interns. If they aren't closing, you show them how it's done.
- Front-End Deal Making: You are out in the field—showing premium apartments, negotiating with tough property owners, and closing contracts.
- Market Building: You will help us identify and conquer new segments of the Barcelona market.

- Language: High-level English and conversational Spanish (B1+) are a must.
