Overview

Louis Concierge is looking for a dependable and professional Doorman to oversee the smooth daily operation of a private residential complex. The role focuses on maintaining order at the entrance, assisting residents and visitors, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring that all activities within the premises run efficiently and respectfully. The position combines attentiveness, organization, and client service to support a pleasant and well-managed environment for all residents.

Key Responsibilities

- Open and close gates; manage entry and exit of residents, visitors, and service providers
- Receive, log, and distribute packages and deliveries
- Carry out regular visual checks of common areas to ensure cleanliness and order
- Keep communication with residents, suppliers, and management regarding incidents or needs
- Greet residents and guests courteously and provide assistance when required




- Maintain accurate daily records in the system or logbook
- Support community operations, maintenance visits, and resident requests as needed

Requirements

- Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages valued)
- Previous experience in hospitality, reception, or property services preferred
- Organized, trustworthy, and proactive approach
- Physically capable of performing light facility tasks and handling packages
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Driver’s license and own transport vehicle
