Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a warm, professional shopping experience.
- Assist customers in selecting products according to their preferences and needs.
- Present product details, craftsmanship, materials, and available options clearly.
- Maintain excellent visual merchandising and ensure the store remains organized and elegant.
- Handle sales transactions and assist with daily store operations.
- Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
- Support inventory management, stock organization, and product displays.
- Maintain the high service standards expected in a luxury retail environment.
Requirements
- Previous retail, sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in fashion, luxury products, or craftsmanship is an advantage.
- Fluent Spanish is required; English is an advantage.
- Valid authorization to work in Spain.
