DESCRIPTION
éShop Creative Studios is seeking an organized and resourceful Producer to join our production team at our Barcelona studio. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end production process for photo, video, and hybrid content—owning timelines, budgets, talent coordination, and cross-functional communication to ensure projects are delivered on time and on brief. You will serve as the operational backbone of shoots, keeping creative teams aligned, stakeholders informed, and workflows running efficiently. The adecuado candidate is a natural problem-solver who thrives under pressure, can manage multiple concurrent productions, and has experience coordinating complex content projects in a studio environment.
Key job responsibilities
- Own end-to-end production management for assigned projects—from brief intake through delivery—across photography, video, and hybrid content workstreams
- Build and maintain production schedules, shot lists, and resource plans across studio bays and stages
- Coordinate internal and freelance talent (photographers, videographers, stylists, HMU, models) including booking, briefing, and on-set management
- Manage production budgets, track spend against allocated POs, and flag overruns early
- Serve as the primary point of contact between creative teams, brand stakeholders, and operational support throughout the production lifecycle
- Register and maintain projects in centralized tool, ensuring accurate data entry, allocation tracking, and status updates
- Facilitate pre-production meetings, creative kick-offs, and post-production reviews
- Manage asset delivery pipelines—ensuring content is processed, QC'd, and delivered to downstream teams on time and to spec
- Coordinate with Ops, Facilities,
and Equipment teams to confirm studio readiness and resolve logistics issues ahead of shoot days

éShop Creative Studios is the in-house content engine powering visual experiences across Amazon's e-commerce ecosystem. We operate five creative hub studios in Barcelona, New York, London, Tokyo and New Delhi producing photography, videography, and emerging-format content at scale. Our team blends traditional craft with the latest technology—including Virtual Production stages, AI-driven workflows, and 3D capture systems—to deliver world-class creative for millions of customers. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with multimedia content creation, or experience with project management
- Experience coordinating cross-functional inputs, meeting deadlines, and effectively managing competing priorities
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences,
including senior leadership
- Experience in driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team
- Ability to work on-site full-time in a studio environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Experience with production management platforms or DAM systems
- Understanding of post-production workflows and asset delivery pipelines
- Experience supporting licensing, rights-managed, or vendor-facing content programs
- Proficiency in Spanish (Catalan a plus)
- Exposure to Virtual Production, 3D capture, or emerging content formats
- Experience with process improvement or SOP development in a production environment
